Effect of some seed treatments on plant growth and seed yield of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.)

چکیده
Amaç: Bu çal??ma ayçiçe?i (Helianthus annuus L.) tohumluklar?na yap?lan baz? uygulamalar?n verim ve özelliklerine etkilerini belirlemek amac?yla gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Materyal Yöntem: Ara?t?rma 2015 y?l?nda Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümünün Bornova'daki deneme alanlar?nda tesadüf bloklar? deseninde üç tekrarlamal? olarak yürütülmü?tür. Ara?t?rmada kontol, kaplama, priming NaCl, KNO3, GA3, GA3 + NaCl kaplama KNO3 gibi ekim öncesi tohumluk uygulamalar? yap?lm?? ayçiçe?inde bitki boyu, tabla çap?, ba??na tohum verimi, bin a??rl??? hasat indeksi özellikler de?erlendirilmi?tir. Bulgular?: Uygulamalar?n çap? 1000-tohum üzerinde etkili olmad??? bulunmu?tur. Bitkide veriminde en yüksek de?erlere 113.7 112.3 g ile s?ras?yla KNO3+GA3 Priming uygulamalar?nda ula??ld??? anla??lm??t?r. En verimini 309.0 kg/da uygulamas? verirken, dü?ük 269.3 kontrol uygulamalar?ndan al?nm??t?r. Hasat indeksinde de yine de?erler % 51.7 50.3 sonuçlar ?????nda, ekonomik olup da göz önünde tutularak, uygulamalar?n?n yararl? olaca?? söylenebilir. Sonuç: Ekim +kaplama bitkide indeksinin artt??? belirlenmi?tir.
